Billing Policy

We bill at quarterly increments and require a minimum three month contract. We accept Visa and MasterCards. Discounts are available for annual hosting prepaid.

An e-mail will be sent to you about 2 to 5 days prior to your next billing date at which time you can request a different mode of payment. For assistance with updating your account, please e-mail:

In order to keep our hosting services affordable we send your invoices via e-mail. If you would like to receive a hard copy of your renewal invoice in addition to the renewal e-mail invoice, please contact

Our hosting accounts are billed in advance. When your renewal approaches your your credit card will be billed approximately 3 to 4 days before your service period expires.

Billing for Plan changes is processed within 10 days from the date of the change. You will be charged a $30.00 plan change fee to cover the administrative effort to process the change. Additionally, the monthly rental fees will be prorated based on the time remaining in your billing cycle. The credit card on file will be charged for the Plan change within that 10 day window.
