FAQ Bulletin Board-take control of inquires, create topic's of interest. It allows customers to place questions to the owner, or other users of the site. The questions may be answered in real time or at your convenience. Once the administrator receives the question via automated e-mail notification; they can then update the answer in the back office. Once the question has been answered the answer will show up on the site. This takes away the need for filtering content on chat servers.
