What kind of hardware/software do you use for your web hosting and virtual servers?
How fast is Fiber T3 Circuit connection? A good DSL connection can reach T1 circuit speeds which is typically 1.5 mbps a Fiber T3 is 10 mbps or approximately 9 times faster than a T1. We are connected to three T3's What kind of connection do your servers have to the internet?
How often do you back up your servers? Once a week . Triple backup of data provided: 1) Live mirror of User Volume on secondary drive, 2) Compressed archive stored on System Volume, 3) Digital tape archive Are the servers monitored 24/7? Who is responsible for maintaining the server? All of our servers are monitored 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Technicians are immediately notified via pager if any server should go down for any reason. We
will maintain and monitor the hardware. You are responsible for
maintaining the data in your hosted site and the software installed

Yes we can run NT applications on our Linux OS such as ASP using ChileSoft, or we can provide an NT server. Just give us a call. I keep getting an error when trying to run a cgi script, can you help? There are many possible reasons you could be getting an error when trying to run a cgi script. In general it is beyond the scope of our technical support department to troubleshoot 3rd party cgi scripts.
